Instructions for Creating H5P Content
  1. Once logged in, you will see a course called [your ID] H5P. Click on the course tile to enter the course.  You will use this course to create and save H5P objects for all of your Georgia Learns courses.​
  2. Turn on editing for the course.​
  3. On any of the topic sections, click “Add and activity or resource.”​
  4. Select “H5P Interactive Content”​
  5. Select “Create,” then select the H5P content type that you would like to create. There are examples and tutorials for each content type available at Tutorials for authors | H5P.  This is also covered in Georgia Learns Course Owners 2  Module 7.3.  See notes below for specific content types.
⚠️May not be accessible:
Audio  – must add transcript to make it accessible 
Iframe Embedder  – depends on the content 
🚫Do not use:  
Appear.in - will drop their support for external content so all Appear.ins will stop working soon  
Image Juxtaposition – not accessible  
Questionnaire – not accessible and xAPI integration is incomplete 
Twitter User Feed – not accessible

6. ​You will copy the embed code that is generated once you finish creating the H5P object, and  paste that code into your Georgia Learns course.  Creating and inserting H5P objects into Georgia Learns courses is covered in Georgia Learns Course Owners 2  Module 7.4 .
